Kuldeep Singh Rana
Founder & CEO

A passionate mountaineer and nature enthusiast, Kuldeep Singh Rana established Vanvas Adventure in 2018 with the goal of promoting sustainable and responsible adventure tourism. Holding degrees in B.Sc., M.Sc. (Physics) and M.A. (Economics), along with possessing the NCC “C” Certificate (National Cadet Corps), his strong educational and disciplined background is reflected in his leadership and organizational skills. His years of experience in organizing treks across the Himalayan ranges have shaped Vanvas Adventure into a trusted name among trekkers of all levels.

From the inception of Vanvas Adventure in 2018, Kuldeep Singh Rana has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s philosophy of “adventure with awareness.” He belief that every journey should leave a positive impact on the environment and local culture is reflected in every trek, expedition, and outdoor program the company organizes.


Rupi Rana
Co-Founder

Rupi Rana, the Co-Founder of Vanvas Adventure, stands as a driving force behind the company’s commitment to promoting eco-friendly and responsible adventure tourism across the Himalayan region. His vision combines a deep respect for nature with a modern understanding of travel, sustainability, and community upliftment.

Rupi’s leadership extends beyond operations—she is actively involved in designing meaningful travel experiences that connect people with the essence of the Himalayas. His empathetic approach ensures that local communities benefit through employment, cultural exchange, and environmental preservation.Together with Kuldeep Singh Rana, he continues to guide the company toward its mission of making adventure travel not just thrilling, but also purposeful and responsible.

Manager

Subhash Rawat serves as the Manager at Vanvas Adventure, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring that every expedition and trekking program runs smoothly. With extensive experience in adventure tourism management, Subhash combines organizational expertise with a deep understanding of customer needs and safety protocols.

He plays a key role in coordinating logistics, managing teams, and maintaining high standards of service, ensuring that every trekker enjoys a seamless and memorable Himalayan experience. Subhash’s attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills make him an indispensable part of the Vanvas Adventure team.


Sunil Rawat
Marketing Manager

Sunil Rawat is the Marketing Manager at Vanvas Adventure, playing a key role in shaping the company’s brand presence and connecting adventurers with memorable Himalayan experiences. With a strong background in marketing strategy, digital outreach, and customer engagement, Sunil brings creativity and analytical insight to every campaign he leads.

His expertise lies in understanding traveler preferences, and promoting Vanvas Adventure’s philosophy of sustainable and responsible tourism. By leveraging social media, content marketing, and strategic partnerships, Sunil ensures that the company reaches audiences who value authentic and eco-conscious adventure experiences.


Manveer Lal
Slot Manager

Manveer Lal is the Slot Manager at Vanvas Adventure, where he plays a key role in planning and organizing trekking schedules, ensuring smooth group coordination, and optimizing expedition logistics. With his meticulous approach and strong organizational skills, Manveer ensures that every trek departs on time, all resources are well-prepared, and the safety and comfort of participants .

As a Level 5 certified Tour Guide, trained under VAP Technology, Mori, Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand, and recognized by the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board (UTDB), Manveer brings both professional expertise and certified field experience to his work. He completed his certification in December 2023 in Delhi, earning an impressive 87.62% score (Certificate No. ACUKA00374407-000024).


Bhawna
Expeditions Trek Leader

Bhawna serves as one of the core pillars of Vanvas Adventure, leading expeditions and treks across some of the most challenging and breathtaking terrains of the Himalayas. As an Expeditions & Trek Leader, she brings not only technical expertise and mountaineering skills but also an inspiring spirit of leadership, teamwork, and compassion for both nature and people.

Over the years, Bhawna has guided numerous groups across various Himalayan trails—ensuring safety, motivation, and memorable experiences for trekkers of all levels. Her deep knowledge of terrain, weather conditions, and acclimatization techniques makes her one of the most dependable leaders in the field.
