Located at the sky-touching height of 14,000 feet, the Hampta Pass trek holds a stunning view of two different Location. Located in the majestic landscape of Himachal Pradesh, India, the thrilling Hampta Pass trek begins from the lush green valleys of Kullu. It gradually takes trekkers through the breathtakingly beautiful mountains of Lahaul. With mesmerising views of the Dhauladhar range decorated with a vibrant ower-lledbackdrop, it is a perfect getaway destination for trekkers. On the Hampta Pass trek,trekkers experience a perfect blend of natural beauty, thrill, and stunning vistas.With a trek spanning over 35km, it takes around 5 days to complete it. Each step on thetrek takes trekkers through a scenic view of lush meadows, with dense forest and steepmountain climbs.

Itinerary

Day 01: Drive from Manali to Jobra and Trek to Chika (10,100ft)

● Begin the day with a shared jeep transfer from the Manali bus stand to Jobra, the trek starting point.
● Receive briefings from your travel guide and gear up for a 10,400 ft hike to Chika.
● The trek is a 2 km path through mixed pine, green maple, and birch tree forests alongside the River Rani. Admire the breathtaking scenery of big rocky hills and the Himachal topography during the hike.
● Spend the night at the Chika campsite.

Day 02: Trek from Chika (10,100ft) to Balu ka Ghera (11,900ft)

● Start the day with a pleasant trek from Chika campsite to Balu ka Ghera.
● Enjoy the first glimpse of the outer Himalayan mountain range and the Dhauladhar range.
● Spend the night at Balu ka Ghera campsite.

Day 03: Trek from Balu ka Gera to Siaguru (12,900ft) crossing Hampta Pass (14,100ft)

● Elevation: Balu ka Gera: 12,900 feet; Hampta Pass: 14,100 feet; Siagoru: 12,900 feet.
● Start the trek at Balu ka Gera (12,900 feet), ending at Siaguru (12,900 feet) after crossing Hampta Pass (14,100 feet).
● Trek Duration: The trek takes approximately 8 hours, offering a full day of adventure.
● The trek is a gradual and easy slope, great for beginners.
● Interact with local shepherds to learn about the valley and local culture.
● Experience the beauty of Hampta Valley and the peaceful Lahaul Valley.
● Overnight stay at Siaguru basecamp in comfortable tents.

Day 04: Trek from Siagoru to Chatru (11,000ft), Drive from Chatru to ChandraTal (14,100ft)

● Trek from Siagoru to Chatru (11,000 feet), followed by a 4-hour drive from Chatru to ChandraTal.
● Trek Duration: Approximately 4 hours, relatively easier.
● The trek passes through the Pir Panjal Ranges and leads to ChandraTal Lake.
● Enjoy magnificent views of the Pir Panjal ranges and the cold desert landscape of Spiti Valley.
● After lunch and relaxation in Chatru, drive to ChandraTal for sightseeing, then return to Chatru for an overnight camp stay.

Day 05: Drive From Chattru To Manali

● Wake up and prepare for the drive from Chatru to Manali.
● The journey passes through the scenic Rohtang Pass, with picturesque views.
● Aim to arrive in Manali by evening to continue your onward journey.

    Included:

    Accommodation: All camping equipment like sleeping bags, tents, and sleeping mats will be provided during the trek. The tents are usually shared between 3-4 people.

    Meals: All meals during the trek (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and evening tea) are usually included in the package. The food is usually simple and nutritious, with a mix of Indian and continental cuisine.

    Trekking staff : Experienced trek leaders, guides, and support sta are included in the package to ensure a safe and enjoyable trekking experience.

    Transportation: Transport from the starting point to the end point of the trek is usually included in the package.

    First-aid: A basic first-aid kit usually carried during the trek for emergencies.

    Exclude:

    Horse / Paalki / Helicopter for Trekking at Kedarnath.

    Anything not mentioned under ‘Package Inclusions’

    All personal expenses, optional tours and extra meals.

    Any kind of entry fees anywhere if not mentioned in including..

Cancellation Policy

    In case you wish to cancel your trek please e-mail us at :

    1. Cancellations up to 21 days prior to departure date – 70% refund.

    2. Between 21 days to 14 days prior to departure – 50% refund.

    3. Between 14 days to 10 days prior to departure- 30% refund.

    4. Less than 10 days of departure – No refund or you can transfer your trek (same batch date & same trek) to your dear one.

    Note:

    a) Change of trek batch date is dependent on the availability of seats in the batch.

    b) In case of transferring a trek to your dear one, he/she should satisfy all the mandatory requirements lay down by Trekkaro.

    c) Trek The Adventures holds the right to change/cancel the policies, without prior notice.

Refund Policy:

The applicable refund amount will be processed within the 10 working days.
