The highest point during this trek is around 12,000 feet, covering a total distance of approximately 20 kilometers from Raithal to Raithal.
Considering the altitude of 12,000 feet above sea level, there’s no need to worry about altitude-related issues like Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS), High Altitude Cerebral Edema (HACE), or High Altitude Pulmonary Edema (HAPE).
